Sept.26....GET YOUR BLIMEY LIMEY ON...The Piedmont-riad EWGA Chapter and Cape Fear/Wilmington Chapter are going head to head for the first Inter-Chapter Challenge. Shoe your pride and play for our Chapter at Reedy Creek Golf Club in Four Oaks near Benson (3/4 hr.south of Raleigh).  We will win the BLIMEY LIMEY Monkee and have lots of fun!  SEE EVITE!   Wear LIME GREEN to show our Team Spirit!

Our chapter activities typically include: member recruitment events; weekly ‘after work' 9-hole league play; business networking and social functions; weekend golf outings; golf rules and etiquette seminars; education programs; and a Chapter Championship (the qualifying event in the EWGA Championship).

our Chapter VOM for JUNE 2015
, who has done an excellent job on all of the Events she has developed in the past several months.  the one that everyone who participated liked was the Pinehurst Trip.  No stone was left unturned.  Great golf for 3 days, accommodations, wine tasting, dinner choices, games and prizes. Those who played had a great time with lots of winning memories.  Vicki, our members can not thank you enough!! As a reminder, nominees for Volunteer of the Month will be accepted monthly from any member. Nominees must be submitted in writing (email is fine) outlining the volunteer’s extraordinary commitment to volunteering and support of the goals of the Chapter to Shirley Howell at: currentmembers@wilmingtonewga.com prior to the Boards monthly meeting. At the end of the year, all members are invited to vote for the Volunteer of the Year from the nine monthly winners.
