2015 Chapter Annual Meeting

 Successful & Informative Annual Meeting


We had 26 members in attendance for the EWGA Cape Fear/Wilmington 2015 Annual Meeting held on Wednesday Jan. 7 at McAlister's Deli.  Here's some Highlights of what you missed:

• Everyone attending was treated to dinner & beverage as a result of surplus in 2014 budget
• The BoD presentation included a refresher of the EWGA core values, the 2014 financial data, event highlights for the upcoming   year, membership info. & benefits to include significant annual cost savings, communications, and sponsorship info.
• Recognition for Vicki Blankenship as 2014 Volunteer of the YearSusan Eaton and Shannon Ackermann were tied for Most Improved Player in One Year.  All received prizes.
• Tenth Anniversary of the Chapter was highlighted. (see photo in Newsletter)
• The Q & A session at the end was very helpful in discovering ways in which we can better inform our members.
• All information is or will be uploaded to the website in the Chapter Library.
The Board would like to thank all the members, team leaders, and volunteers who help make our GOLF experiences worthwhile.
